味觉博物馆位于沈阳红梅文创园,面积600平方米。该文创园是在已经破产的红梅味精工厂的基础上,修旧如旧,进行保护和利用。博物馆由直径叙事进行策展与总体设计,以“味觉”为主题,设有“味觉实验室”、“味觉之路”、“味觉艺廊”三个展厅,可看、可闻、可嗅、可听。与传统博物馆展品不同,味觉博物馆的展品是通过多媒体交互展览的形式,从味道出发,在历史与现实的交互中,创造一个奇幻、动感、创意的娱乐互动体验空间。
The Taste Museum is located in Shenyang Hongmei Cultural and Creative Park, covering an area of 600 square meters. The cultural and creative park is built on the basis of the bankrupt Hongmei MSG factory, which is restored and used for protection and utilization.
The museum is curated and designed by Diameter Narrative, with the theme of "taste", and has three exhibition halls, "taste laboratory", "taste road" and "taste gallery", which can be seen, smelled, smelled, audible. Different from the exhibits of traditional museums, the exhibits of the Taste Museum are in the form of multimedia interactive exhibitions. Starting from the taste, in the interaction between history and reality, a fantasy, dynamic and creative entertainment interactive experience space is created.

盐、糖与胡椒,三种对人类味觉影响最大的味觉原料,也是历史长河中不可或缺的组成。在“味觉之路”展厅,用历史生动讲述及展现了,人们对味道的追逐,普普通通的调料影响和改变了历史进程,影响社会的格局与变迁在“味觉之路”,你将看见调料曾有力影响着中古社会的格局。
