华润档案馆坐落于距离深圳约二小时车程的小径湾，是财富全球500强之一的华润集团首个现代化且完整的档案馆，收藏逾1000万珍贵的历史文件与文物。协调亚洲受邀为华润档案馆策划并设计了一场以 “润物耕心”为主题的展览，高效组织了从内容策划、概念与深化设计到施工监理的全面服务。该展览融合了多样化的文献展示方式和多媒体装置互动，在三层楼1162平米的空间内娓娓道来一家备受崇敬的的中国企业八十年风云激荡的历史与传承。The China Resources Archives is located in Xiaojingwan, a two-hour drive from Shenzhen. It is the first modern and complete archive of China Resources Group, one of the Fortune Global 500, with a collection of more than 10 million precious historical documents and cultural relics. Coordination Asia was invited to plan and design an exhibition with the theme of "Nurture the Heart" for the China Resources Archives, and efficiently organized comprehensive services from content planning, conceptual and in-depth design to construction supervision. The exhibition integrates a variety of document display methods and interactive multimedia installations, and tells the turbulent history and inheritance of a well-respected Chinese enterprise for 80 years in a space of 1,162 square meters on three floors.

华润集团前身“联和行”于1938年创立于香港，集团自2017年便跃居财富全球500强第86位，旗下有实体企业1987家，在职员工42万人。集团主营业务涉及大消费、电力、地产、水泥、燃气、大健康、金融等。华润集团多元化的事业版图拥有坚强的实业基础和市场竞争力，并长期在各个产业领域内担任领导者角色。本次展览占据这座现代化的档案馆近三层楼，共计1162平米的展示空间，包含主题展览、特藏室和多媒体放映厅。从1000余万件档案中精挑细选出的约500件历史文献和珍贵藏品，串联起集团80年发展之路上的每一座里程碑。
The predecessor of China Resources Group "Lianhexing" was founded in Hong Kong in 1938. Since 2017, the group has jumped to the 86th place in the Fortune Global 500. It has 1,987 entities and 420,000 employees. The main business of the group involves consumption, electricity, real estate, cement, gas, health, finance, etc. China Resources Group has a strong industrial foundation and market competitiveness with its diversified business map, and has long been a leader in various industrial fields. The exhibition occupies nearly three floors of this modern archive, with a total of 1,162 square meters of display space, including themed exhibitions, special collection rooms and multimedia screening rooms. About 500 historical documents and precious collections, carefully selected from more than 10 million archives, connect every milestone in the group's 80-year development.

华润档案馆主展览依循时间线索呈现80年来华润集团的发展历程与成就，主展览回顾华润集团在战争时代的创业维艰与家国情怀，以及与时俱进演变成现代化企业龙头的历程。展览不仅聚焦于华润在商业世界中取得的斐然成就，更通过展示集团长期实践的各项慈善与帮扶项目，体现其作为企业公民所尽的社会责任。
The overall experience center is a giant space station wandering in the vast universe. The space station is sailing on the track of exploring the city of the future; Exhibition, initial negotiation and children’s activity area); the immersive experience path is the parking of the aircraft, space reception, waiting, and then entering the main control hall; the experience module + entertainment and business module + supporting function modules of the space station are set in the original residential structure of the building. The building conditions are relatively low, and the cabin area of the space station is set to cover the space experience area for life, entertainment and business communication.

协调亚洲团队从项目伊始参与直至完工，与客户一同梳理并策划完整而繁复的内容，进行概念与深化设计，并在施工阶段进行监理。华润档案馆整体展示设计与由屡获殊荣的纽约建筑事务所Link-Arc所设计的建筑完美地融合，具现代感的建筑设计语言烘托资讯丰富的展览与雅致的空间氛围，共同呈现一个具有文化高度的空间。展示设计以多样而丰富的手法呈现以历史文档为主的展品，在空间中利用材质的过渡——由粗糙水泥至暖调木头搭配金属细节，巧妙呈现华润集团在不同历史时期与发展阶段的转变，幽暗至明亮的照明变化在不同空间中营造出与故事线相互呼应的独特氛围，展示设计中确保空间中每一处细节的设计都言之有物。
Coordinate the Asian team to participate in the project from the beginning to the completion, sort out and plan the complete and complicated content with the client, carry out the conceptual and detailed design, and supervise the construction stage. The overall display design of the China Resources Archives is perfectly integrated with the buildings designed by the award-winning New York architectural firm Link-Arc. The modern architectural design language complements the information-rich exhibitions and elegant space atmosphere, presenting a cultural high space. The exhibition design presents exhibits mainly based on historical documents in various and rich ways, using the transition of materials in the space - from rough cement to warm wood with metal details, cleverly showing the transformation of China Resources Group in different historical periods and development stages , the dark to bright lighting changes create a unique atmosphere in different spaces that echoes the story line, and the design of the display design ensures that every detail in the space has something to say.
